9-12 year Program
Since as long as she can remember, Angelica has never stopped dancing. While growing up in the greater Toronto area, Angelica trained and competed with Sondra’s Tri-Dance Company for fourteen years. During that time, she was given the opportunity to compete at the national level as well as internationally for Team Canada at the IDO World Dance Championships (2007-2009). Angelica has also trained with the Radio City Rockettes in New York City, as part of their summer intensive program, where she learned the importance of detail and precision in dance. Upon moving to Ottawa for university, Angelica spent the next four years competing with and choreographing for the Gee-Gee’s Dance Team. With almost ten years of teaching experience, Angelica is excited and ready to share her passion for dance with students at DanceRoots.
