Tap and Jazz
Lucy Lemay Cellucci began her dance training at Widdifield Secondary School in North Bay, Ontario. She pursued further training at Barbra Treleavan’s School of Dance. Following secondary school, she graduated from Cambrian College in Sudbury, Ontario, with a diploma in dance education as well as a full teacher’s membership with the Canadian Dance Teacher’s Association (CDTA).
From there she continued her studies with Brian and Faye Foley, attending numerous workshops across Ottawa and Toronto, and joined the Associated Dance Arts for Professional Teachers (ADAPT). “Mrs. C” brings twenty years of teaching experience to the classroom from recreational to the elite competitive level.
Whether it is preparing for an exam, polishing a competitive routine, or simply learning to gallop, her students have always benefited from her keen artistic eye, enthusiastic demeanor, and her ever-present love for dance.
Mrs. C also moonlights as a young adult author. Her first novel, True Colours, Dundurn Press, was published in 2010.
